I have always felt within myself that there is more than what most of us consider a normal and fulfilled life. I personally meditated for years, worked on belief systems, and searched for truth in life.
For me, this process was very emotional and took 10 years - but it doesn't have to be that way for you. Each of us came to this earth as love or came here for love.
We are in a time of transformation that moves us to look inward and discover a surprisingly simple yet profound truth and to live in our authentic nature.

We are daily exposed to things that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can be difficult to keep track and live our authentic selves because we have learned to adapt and behave in socially desirable, rule-conforming ways.
In the search for external belonging, we can lose ourselves, so that we no longer properly perceive ourselves and adjust our behavior and belief patterns so that we are not criticized from the outside.
I help people (spiritual seekers) who want to take steps into their inner world or are already at the end of their inner journey and only want to recognize one truth. As soon as there is a willingness to feel feelings and become aware of thoughts, we switch from a mental autopilot to the perception of reality - language describes this as awakening.
I distance myself in my teaching from socio-political and political topics and do not offer consultations on these matters.
